Data We Collect

• Automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps. Used for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Voluntarily: any details you submit via contact forms or email (name, email address, message content).
• Affiliate tracking: when you click an outgoing link to a partner operator, a tracking identifier may be passed so the operator can attribute the referral.

Legal Basis

We process data under one of: (a) your consent (cookies, marketing), (b) our legitimate interest (site analytics, fraud prevention), or (c) legal obligation (record-keeping required by regulators).

Sharing

We share data with: hosting providers, analytics providers (anonymised), and affiliate partners (referral identifiers only). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or regulatory request.

Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
